Ten (10) redemption.
Deficiency Requirements:
If contract so provides, Retaking
does not bar suit for price and
vice-versa. Confession of judgment
notes are invalid.
Special Motor Vehicle Provisions:
Liens are noted on Certificate of
Title, and Title is delivered to
lienholder.
Documents Required to Transfer
Ownership of Motor Vehicle:
Certificate of Title, affidavit of
repossession and certified copy of
Bill of Sale.
Documents Required for
Liquidation:
Title and Repossession Affidavit.
